Wobble/vibration while driving - 2002 civic
Had a bad wobble from the front passenger side that progressively got worse. Bad pull to the right also. I noticed strange wear on the tire and had two new tires put on the front. That fixed both the wobble and the steering pull. Three weeks later the wobble and pull are returning and seem to be getting slowly worse every day. It happens at all speeds, and gets faster as the speed increases. Any thoughts on my problem?

Check tire pressure (all 4) first. Getting worse every day suggests the air is leaking out.
Did you have the alignment checked? If the alignment is wrong, the new tire is going to wear down quickly.
If there is a wobble when driving very slowly on a flat surface, the tire is probably made wrong, it is not round. Wobble / vibration that occurs only at highway speed, not noticeable at all at low speed, is usually because the wheel is out of balance.
