Default It Won't Start

Hello and I hope someone can help here with my '92 Civic with D16Z6.

My previous intermittant "Dies when hot" problem https://www.hondacivicforum.com/m_422889/tm.htm
Is is now an "It won't start" problem.
It was previously only a code 6(TW), so
Coolant FanSwitchwas bad and has been replaced, works great.
Coolant Temp Sensor was questionable and has been replaced, verified resistance hot and cold.

Now the engine turns over, sounds like it shouldstart, but no joy, thecheck engine light comes on.
I checked, reset and regenerated diagnostic codes three times.
They are consistently codes 6(TW), 10(TA), 15(IGNOUT),21(VTECSOL) and 22(VTECPS).
Sowhat could becommon cause?
SoI dont see anywiring, grounds or connectors in common, even at the ECM.
Unless it's the ECM itself?
Has anyone seen this pattern of codes before?
Could someothercomponentbepreventing starting, and this is just the pattern produced?

Any advice?
Thanks, Ernie.

Default RE: It Won't Start

So figuring the sensor codearen't as important asignition, I started chasingCEL code 15.
Got into the voltage checks in the Distributor per Haynes.
Coil primary and secondary resistances were perfect (0ohms and 16.5Kohms).
ICM voltage at the Blk/Yel wire was proper battery voltage (11.6V)
ICM voltage at Wht/Blu (Haynes calls it Blu/Wht) wireterminal was not battery voltage (0.0V).
Resistance check between terminals was also proper (2.2Kohms).
Slightly different checks by Helms, but resulted insame outcome, bad ICM.

More in a few days, whilewait onan eBay seller,Ernie.
