Default won't start in summer time or when hot outside

91 honda accord around 120,000miles and changed many parts but can't figure out whats wrong and why it won't start, sometimes I can open the gas lid for a bid and it might start but its a hit or miss considering how hot it is outside. Any help anyone???

the gas could be turning into vapor in the fuel lines, and it won't start, and is a common thing when hot

If that is the problem, i would look at the fuel pressure regulator.
