inspection in OH??

is there anywhere in Ohio, like a garage or something, where i can pay to get an inspection sticker... cuz in NJ, where im from we can do that... and get a valid DMV inspection sticker for the car.. and like just pay $80 for it.. is there any in the Cleveland area???
