Abs and Brake light on with D light Blinking

Abs and Brake light on with D light Blinking
My 2006 Civic has the ABS and Brake light on with the D blinking, and they are intermittent. I have no trans problems, and when the lighs go off my ABS works fine. Could my problem be in the ECM?
