Hello...I was wondering if anyone is from PA and could give me some advise. I'm moving from MD to PA next month and I wanted to know all about this inspection stuff.
Down here we only have to get our cars inspected once and I know in PA you have to get it done every year. Now the question...I really would like to start upgrading my civic, but what will pass? I dont want to start dropping money into the car and then turn around and take it back out because it didnt pass.
Can you PA guys tell me what you have done to yours that passed??
