Default Changing Rims & Tyres

Hey Guys

I have a 2005 Civic VTI , it has 15" alloys on it , i was thinking of changing them to 17" with low profile tyres.... is this a good idea? or will it have any bad side effects.?

appreciate your input...

Its up to you tires will be more $ to replace.Less tire=less cushion from the road,More tire=more cushion.

ya it depends on what you want you like. 16s also look good on a honda and if your going to lower it, then its going to look good no matter what.

welcome to hcf

Check to make sure they fit fine first, and like they said with 17 inch tires the ride is a lot more bumpier.

well, 17's will also hurt your acceleration a bit too. And imo 16's look better, <------best of any tire size on a honda imo (well, i think 15's look good too).
