clock time on radio help!!!!

Default clock time on radio help!!!!
how do you set the time on the radio??? the honda dealership service dude, kinda showed me, but did a half-*** job.....pls help!!!

head unit doesnt power up anymore and the dash radio seems dim and is always reseting at 1 o'clock..
