Default Radio and Clock Reset When I Turn Off Car

I have a 95 Civic EX and in it I have a Pioneer DEH 1300MP radio. Well every time the car turns off, all the audio settings and radio presets reset. If this was the only problem I'd think I just connected it wrong, but the clock on the dash board also resets it's time. What could the problem be?

If the deck resets that means it doesn't have a constant 12V signal for memory. As for the clock you've got me on that one...I know stereo wiring pretty well but don't know Honda's all that well. I would think maybe some fuse is blown for constant power?

Constant power for the radio and clock comes from the 7.5 amp "BACK UP" fuse under the hood (in the box near the battery).

Ok so I checked that fuse and it was indeed blown so I replaced it and the clock now works fine. However the radio still resets. I'll just have to take the radio out and check the connections.
