radio and clock out but no blown fuse?

radio and clock out but no blown fuse?

i got a 92 civic just bought so i was putting another stereo in and the ground and positive touched. damn, but uh now the radio doesnt turn on and the clock is out. I checked the fuse and its not blown. any help?

There is another fuse box under the hood, next to the battery. The fuse in there labeled "BACK UP" is blown.
