radio and clock out but no blown fuse?

radio and clock out but no blown fuse?
i got a 92 civic just bought so i was putting another stereo in and the ground and positive touched. damn, but uh now the radio doesnt turn on and the clock is out. I checked the fuse and its not blown. any help?

head unit doesnt power up anymore and the dash radio seems dim and is always reseting at 1 o'clock..
