Default Crashed--Now rebuilding....help : )

What's going on everyone? Well I bought my '02 EX back in July...haven't had much of a chance to do anything with it. However, I did crash it up a bit a few weeks ago. My front and rear bumper need to be replaced and there is some fender damage. The insurance company just cut me a check for about $3,000. I was just gonna get it all replaced stock. But, my brother suggested that since both bumpers need to be replaced, that I just get a body kit put on instead. It seams it would cost about the same if not cheaper to do this. What do you guys think? Is it a good idea? I also need one of the headlights replaced, so I was just gonna put some aftermarkets in. Maybe some projector lights. But, really I don't know the difference between projectors or HID or whatever. Any help there would also be appreciated. If the body kit thing works out, then rims would be coming soon to round out the visuals. I also plan on doing some light performance work....I.E. AEM v2 intake, Evo2 exhaust, etc. So any suggestions would be a HUGE help!!!! Thanks in advance....

Bryan
