Daughter owner, me fixer
Hello, everyone:
My daughter has a 1991 twincam, 16 valve Civic wagon now in its 20th season and occasionally in need of work. Guess who volunteers to do that? Or gets volunteered.
I just replaced the starter motor which turned out to be a much easier job than on my wife's former ride, a 1996 Toyota Corolla.
I learned how to twist a wrench summers during college, working in the maintenance shop of a highway construction company. That was great experience for anyone who wants to go into the lowest paid field in the spectrum of college degrees, journalism.
