Default Is it a good idea to buy a 2020 Civic Sport Hatch 6 speed if I can't drive manual (ve

Hello. So I learned the basics of manual on some cheap cars and did a lot of wear by bucking, reviving high and dumping the clutch, etc. I self taught so it was not easy but now I can move these types of cars around and shift up gears alright, dont know how to downshift though. I just clutch in and back into 1st at a stop. Is it a good idea for me to buy the new civic and learn after? I don't have access to the cheap cars anymore. I am very happy I already know the basics but I still am a little choppy. How hard is it to drive the sport 6 speed? I drove around a Toyota Echo which really isn't a sports car haha. Appreciate suggestions.<!--td {border: 1px solid #ccc;}br {mso-data-placement:same-cell;}-->reverse phone lookup

Just because the trim level of a Civic is name "sport" doesn't make is a sports car

If you know the basics, you should be fine. Downshifting only becomes a requirement if you clutch out to neutral assuming a light will stay red but then turns green as you are still coasting. It'll become second nature after a month of driving it every day. Pay attention to the RPMs and what gear you are normally in and remember that when you need to get into a gear while coasting.

Also, I removed all the bull**** links in your post. Do it again and the ban hammers will come out
