I just joined today. Looks like lots of good stuff on here. I have 2 Civics...the daily driver which is a 92 4door DX with 200k miles and the slightly modded 2001 VTEC coupe. Now heres the bad news, we had a major hail storm the other day...guess which car was safe and which one go mucho hail damage! The 92 was safe and sound, the 2001 looks like a golf ball. Sheesh. I will post some pics and what insurance plans to do later.

That sucks sorry to here that about the 01 civie.Mother nature sucks sometimes.I also have a 92 same car but my secound ride is a 97 ranger.Welcome to the forum and good luck with your insurance company.

 

Thanks for the welcome! Looks like no pics after all. I need to get a new digital camera........speaking of that, does anyone have a camera to suggest? I would like to be in the $150 club. The CoolPix series looks pretty nice. Any thoughts?

Find out tomorrow what insurance will pay out for the hail damage! I hope the next time I post it is good news!

 

Quick Update......
The Insurance person came out on Friday and looked at the Civic. They coughed up $2100 for hail damage repair. Now I have to get some estimates...
Can't wait to get my baby looking good again!
