Hey! 93 Civic EX here
Hey everyone!
Turned 16 in May and got my first car with my dad in July. It's a red 1993 Honda Civic EX, 5 speed manual, 2 door. I bought it with 132xxx miles on it and it pretty badly oxidized. I'll take some pictures of it pretty soon, so you can all see what punishment the previous owners put the paint through. I have been using some stuff that buffs out the oxidation pretty well, but the paint is still pretty badly discolored. With a lot of effort I could get the paint looking pretty good.
Amazingly, it doesn't leak ANY oil at all. The interior is pretty dirty, but I cleaned it all out. With a little soap and water the interior looks brand new. The clutch is a little old, so I'll be replacing that in the near future, among a list of things I wish to get.
-Speakers
-Head Unit
-New hood emblem (It is gone...)
-Subwoofer/Amplifier
-New Hood
-Dent removal
-Paint
-Wheels/Tires
-Window tinting
-Engine tune-up
I'm really glad I found this forum, and I hope to get some good information and learn a lot here.

Welcome to the forum! May you become a future post-*****! LOL j/k
Thats a nice car to be your first. My first car was a 91 mercury topaz! Consider yourself lucky, and try not to make a lot of mistakes in that car *cough *cough *speeding *cough.

Can't really see any of the oxidation in the shade. Doesn't matter though, I'll be gettin the paint fixed if I get hired soon.
So high, looks like a lift kit in the back. Good view of the crappy plastic wheels.
Looks a little more pinkish (the final color after oxidation treatment)
The hood is really beat up
229 miles for 20 bucks...not bad, I say. Still got another 50 or so on there :P
Niiicccee...stock!
