new here.. I have a 99 Civic EX .. no mods other than rims(ICW Talon 17") not really looking to make it faster or any of that stuff.. i just want it to look nice from the outside.. maybe one day after the outside looks good, MAYBE under the hood.. i do love car shows.. this year will be 3rd NOPI .. I'm just really looking to meet some interesting people and see everyone elses cars.. maybe get some ideas..

hi thanks! Actually I JUST noticed that that pic is of my old rims, which were also ICW.. My old ones were Talons and my new ones are ICW 42H.. I just got the new ones Friday.. Pic below are current rims... and I need tint on ALL windows lol .. Not sure why I keep putting it off.. that's my next step ..

welcome! What all do you want to do to the outside? and what is your budget?

 

hmm.. budget.. lol .. do it as i get the money which is not happening very quickly.. as far as outside.. body kit, paint job(silver with ice blue ghost flames is what i always wanted) tint.. i need new headlights cause mine has gotten cloudy.. ummm.. was told today I need an exhaust lol ... any suggestions are welcome.. only thing i have moded inside is my stereo lol! and i put brushed aluminum around my gauges.. everyone compliments on that too
