o dam... BUT that doesnt look THAT BAD.... th elower portion of the support is undamaged.
tho it did smash the impact bar BUT that doesnt mean it has frame damage.
first thing i would do is take it to a alignment shop and have them align the car and see what kinda shape the suspension is in! if they can adjust the alignment to drive straight and everything is in specs or very close then id say its worth repairing!
if all is good bust out the sawzaw and section out the front of the radiator support around the middle sections so it comes off in 2 pieces which is alot easier when seperatign the spot welds! and cut the bumper impact bar in half and with it still bolted to the car try to straighten out the front bumper mount by simply bending it out the best you can. and then either start drilling out the spot welds OR alot easier use a air hammer and chisel to split the spot welds, then with a hammer and dolly work out that upper drivers sheet metal to match the passenger side that is undamaged.
the rest is simply drill some holes all over the new support and use the 4 bumper impact bar bolts to align the radiator support, and then start tack welding it inplace. BUT i recomend that you dont weld in the upper end corners JUST YET.... get the fenders and then bolt the fenders on the top and in the radiator support and THEN weld that front corner to the upper side areas. otherwise your welds could be off. i had to break my welds on the passenger side and reweld it because i was off 1/4inch and that was my damaged side.
heres my repair on my wrecked civic. if you havent seen it.

the damage in the front definatly LOOKS way worse than it really is. have the alignement checked first. as long as its close to specs id fix her! if camber is off no problem just get some adjustable camber arms.
dont trash the civic. should cost ya ruffly 500bucks to repair it all.
