just another newbie. mainly here for some diy stuff. love these fourms! on a differant car i saved so much. anyway i got a question. i was trying to make a new thread in the diy section under suspension and stearing but a message popped up saying i might not have authorization or something like that. what gives?

I think you have to make enough posts for that thing under your username says HCF member, stops spammers from making **** threads. Could be wrong though.

You cannot just post regular threads asking questions in the DIY section. That is the section for write-ups showing you how to do something.

If you have a particular question about suspension, go to the suspension section and then click "New Thread"....of course, after searching since many topics have been covered before.

Welcome to the forum!

ok. i did not write a diy. i just want to start a thread. i have searched already and i did not see the answer to my problem. i have a 2002 ex and i need to replace the front driver side bushings on the control arm(among other things but this needs to be done now). i did see some info for replacing the bushings on i think rear control arm. and there was one other but for some reason the pictures were not good( X in box). anyway i bought a haynes manual and think i can go for it with this info. ill have more questions later. i hope i can post in the correct section at that time.
