Hello,

I've just aquired a 92 si and it has a Honda of Canada sticker under the hood. Can anyone tell me about this? This is my first honda and I really don't know much about them. Thanks

 

Well, a lot of Hondas come from Canada. Ngo proably knows all about it. My Civic came from Canada.

 

theres the honda plant from were i live in alliston, in ontario Canada..it produces alot of handas and is a massive plant, theres alot of people i no that work there and they say on one shift they see about 400 cars being made

 

Thanks for the responses. I am really happy with the car; I happened to read in another area that someone had an issue with Canadian built units. Others were built in Japan, I assume?

 

they have a few factories. now they even have some in the US.

 

if the VIN starts with 2 it was made in Canada.

 

If they're not made in Canada and they're left hand drive they're made in Ohio.

 

Some are made in England too. Mine was.
