Whats up guys i've got a 2002 CBR 600 and really enjoy the quality of it. Now i want to experience the Civics and see what they have to offer. I'm looking to spend 3000-4000 grand on my first Civic...i don't know much about modding so hopefully i can find one that has already been modded.
Hopefully one of you can answer my questions.

RE: Honda motorcycle rider getting into Civics
thanks i've taken all the advice and am gearing my search based on it. i'll probably just get an older model honda stock or damn near stock and start learning about it and modding it.
from the research i've gathered a lot of the stuff that is modded by the previous owner has been driven pretty hard and the style has been tweaked to appeal to that certain person. of course there is always exceptions to the rule but this is what i've found in my short time researching.
plus i believe that i'll be able to find one at cheaper cost if it is stock and learn much more about my car.
just a brief question..does mileage matter that much on hondas? i know about they myths of them running into the 300,000. is this true or myth?

300,000... and beyond. One of my dad's friends commutes an hour to Seattle every day, and his 5G sedan had 350,000 when he bought it in '95; it's well over 400,000 now, and still going strong (never so much as blown a head gasket). Not to mention the fact that a minor rebuild basically sets the clock back to zero.
