Default hoping to make some friends and steal some knowledge :)

Hello all,

My name is Jon. I've always owned foreign cars and recently upgraded from a 95 Corolla, to my 07 Civic. (Wish I would've done some research on that one... would've bought an 08 or 09). Any who, I've made mostly sound modification, electrical upgrades, and a cold air intake. It's not bad for what it is. I'm hoping that I can gain some insight from other Civies on here and make some friends while I'm at it. I've worked at a car audio shop over half my life, so I'm always good for a lil FAQ as well.. lol

These are the basic pics of the trunk (along with 2 hidden VMAXs, 2 fans, and the Type X crossovers). I have Type X components in the front, and Power series coax's in back.

It's a start..

Thanks for the comments. I've heard B-quiet extreme isn't too shabby. I have to find receipts on what I bought because their is no name on it. It's just really nice and about as flexible as wire to apply. I do know that we sell Dynamat Extreme and I think it's totally over rated for what we sell it for.

Amp cooling? Well I have 2 5" fans under the 4000.1 shelf keeping my Alpine 4 channel cool. There's some room between the shelf and the rear of car so air circulates into the fan a lil. It's only running at 2 ohms so I'm not too concerned and honestly, I baby it. I am however going to redo the top of the amp rack with plexi and lights to make it more showy, as well as add some ventilation around the heat sinks for added support. All in due time right?
