Default I'm new!

Hi, my name is Ray and I own a '97 Honda Civic Ex. It's an auto but I wish I had a manual. It needs a new radiator core support...I think, it seems none of the front end fits like it should oh and it has a 99 bumper lol and the previous owner put an after stock exhaust.

Idk now much about cars so my plans are limited on what I know so I'm going to be learning.

maybe the front end not fitting smoothly is because of the 99 civic front bumper. Do you know if he replaced the fenders, headlight, hood, and the support with a 99-00 civic as well?

Welcome to HCF, and lets see them pics

dito... the 96-98 front end is different than the 99-00 front end. they are not interchangable unless you swap the WHOLE FRONT END. fenders, hood, bumper cover.

thats why it doesnt fit right

well that's prob what it is...but the radiator core support is all bent out of shape. Idk about the hood and fenders. I got it as a gift so I really don't know what has been done just what I can tell.

Once i find my camera I will take a picture of what it look likes.

well the core support is welded in just so you know... so youll have to drill it out and weld the new one in.

but you got any pics of it?
