wads up im new to the civic world. i can tell u alot about accords but civics nothing my accord got trashed some dumb driver hit me one night had a h22a in it intake cat back thats about it.. now im driveing a 98 civic LX with a y7 in it body kit, cat back, wing and a home made intake from a accord intake i bought it this way 2300 and it has a rebuild in it with 30 k on the motor



so what can u do with the y7 anything good????

 

Hey first off welcome to HCF! Ehh first I will tell you the car will look 100 times better with no body kit or wings unless it's OEM, just get a front lip!

Second I have A D16y7 and not much good about it at all. Best two options swap the head for a y8 and get vtec and boost it or if you want real power swap a B18C1 in it with an lsd tranny and boost it.

 

Welcome. Yeah, the y7 is pretty lame. Swap a y7 head and do the mini-me swap, swap the y8 intake and exhaust. That's all the easy stuff.
