Welcome to the forum.
Just to let you know, alot of people here are 'anti-ricer'.
So if you ask opinions about flashy body kits, leds, etc you might not get the reactions you are looking for.
Just wanted to make sure you were aware.

^ What he said.

First, you should give us some pictures to work with. But here's what I think makes a nice looking Civic.

*Get some nice rims. A pair of 17" boots can't look better.
*Get it lowered. Gives your car such an agressive stance.
*New grill makes your car look mean.
*Tinted windows are always nice
*Halos, HIDs ect...
*Maybe even a lip kit if done right

But if you're going to do stuff to the body, then you have to work under your hood. You don't need to spend a jillion dollars on a crazy forced induction system. Look into intakes. There's a section for them in the forums. Gives you a little power and makes a naughty sound. Headers, sway bars. Various other things that don't actually cost all that much.

Read the stickies on the top of each section. They're extremley useful. Good luck to you, and keep us updated.
