He is referring to the B16. It's a dual cam motor with pretty good compression. It's a great swap as it is what comes in the Si's, but the biggest Honda 4 cylinder is a 2.3 liter, but it isn't vtec. There is a 2.2L vtec called the H22 (~200Hp-160ft/lb) but it's a not an easy swap. From what Sacicons said, the B18 is actually an easier swap than the B16. B18C, C1, C5. All Integra motors with varying amounts of Hp but starting at around 170Hp and 2500 bucks for the whole swap. Carbs are certainly a trick setup. Some of the fastest Hondas in the world run big *** dual carb setups, but it's not very practical and very expensive.

if you are insistant on carbs though, don't look for a vtec engine because they are harder to tune for carbs becuase tehy can lean out when vtec engages, and you will need a computer of some sort to control its activation (ecu or rpm switch).

but a b18b with dual carbs would sound sick, and run great if you tune it right. real bad mileage though
