Haha i love these questions, heres an example, this is a civic that i see everyday at work. Its a green 98 sedan with the following:
-a black widow body kit...thats never been painted so the bumpers are white when the rest of the car is still factory green
-yellow spray painted mirrors and wind shield wipers even though there is nothing else yellow on the exterior of the car
-yellow pepboys seat covers and floor mats with all the accessories in the interior spray painted yellow
-and to top it off a terminator 2 spoiler
-best part though, he is riding on stock wheels with the stock hub caps
-the only thing that could make this more rice is if it have a huge yellow vinyl decal on the side that said HONDA or somethin

Maybe they are trying to say that's Rice with Gravey..get it!

To each their own opinion, i never really got this whole rice thing.
How can 1 style of tail lights be considered rice.
For example same tail lights, 1 in carbon fibre and the other in chrome(altezza)
Its just 2 different finishes and yet one is considered rice.

If you like it who really cares.
But to me, rice is rice.
If your civic runs 9s and you have a big @ss aluminium wing you bought from manny, moe, or jack..............your rice (in my book anyway)
