Default My 87 Honda Civic Hatchback

I bought my 87 Honda new. It has 121,000 miles on it right now. It never left me stranded. When I bought it, it was pretty basic inside. I went to the junkyard and found a similar blue DX model. I put the armrests, rear hatch opener, and other small bits and pieces from that DX onto mine. The only thing starting to go on it is the paint. I will eventually get it repainted.

Is that the "paint starting to go" on the hood and the roof?

Yes, the paint started to go bad a few years ago.

Thanks all. My Honda may not be the best looking 87 Civic, but it has given me many years of trouble free use. And I never intend on getting rid of it.

Looks like you've taken good care of it. 121,000 on an 87' is very low miles for a civic. A lot of late 90s models have between 100k-200k. [sm=smiley20.gif]
