Hey thanks for the awesome welcome. Every forum has an idiot, its no biggie.
Well, I inherited this car. Its a 1998. Has 165K miles on it. The sparks, wires, cap and rotor, and new battery were placed on the car about 10K miles ago. I had then replace all the breaks, new about a few weeks ago.
Every time I turn off the car, it gets a burned smell. I have no idea what it is.
I'll take a few pics of the car as well. Its not in its best state. Maybe a 6 our of 10.
I also drive a 2009 Ford Edge. Getting this Civic back up to about 9 out of 10 would be a great goal. I very rarely drive the Edge and skateboarding every day to work is making my coworkers lift some eyebrows.
What could the smell be?
