Hey I'm a new dude here at the Honda Civic Forum. Right now i'm currently running a 2001 Honda Civic EX with a AEM Cold Air Intake Kit as well as a cherry bomb exuast with a 3Apex racing tip. Plus i upgraded my v-tec so it starts at 3000 rpm. I would like to know what springs i should use when i lower the car. Any segesstions would be welcome.

eibach and tein are some of the best choices. what are your plans for the car? just a street driver, or drag, auto-x?

welcome to the forum man. and eibach, and tein are some of the best. by the way, 3000rpm, does the car perform better with the vtec point that low?

welcome. looks like the mob has spoken...eibach or tein. I personally use ground control coil-overs with eibachs.

i forgot to mention that. no, it is probably too low. try raising it a little, see if it helps your QT. a big cam profile hurts low-end torque, so its ideal to make a run on a dyno on the big cam, then again on the small cam. then you set the vtec engagement point to where they cross.
