I have a 1992 Civic Dx with stock block 1.5l and a 5 speed transmission. car has 156,000 miles on it. The engines been threw a lot of abuse. It was my friends car before I got it and he beat on it like it was junk and the car only had 40,000 miles on it when he had it.

I got the car when I was 15 and have had it ever since and I'm 19 now. My first mods were before I even had my license and the first few mods were a ebay cold air intake and a thrush turbo muffler. Later on, after I got my license I installed a 50 dry shot of nitrous, and only had nitrous on it for about 4 months then i relised it cost to much to fill the bottle every week.

So I slowly started to peace together a turbo kit, but when I started college I had to sell the turbo parts that I had. So the car sat for about 6 months and then I got the money to buy a ebay turbo kit. took me a weekend to install.

The ebay turbo worked great, lasted me 25,000 miles of constant abuse. So after that turbo went I bought a new ebay turbo on ebay for $275.00 and it has lasted me a long time with no problems what so ever.

also running 8psi and open down pipe. and yes this car is my daily driver!
