I have a set of 17's akitas. A friend of mine sold them to me because he sold his car, but hold those rims for me. What else should I do to my car? I have already put an aem short ram, new rotors and pads. Im about to change the header, starter, and oil pan gasket. What else would you recommend me to do?

welcome to HCF!

to start off what the hell is that on your door? remove it

wheels a great start but i suggest not getting the 17" and go with 15" or 16" wheels. Next to come has to be a drop. aftermarket wheels without a drop doesn't look good IMO.

You might want to check out your car and do a tuneup if you haven't done that already. I would get a lip kit, clean up the cloudiness on the headlights, swap out your 96-98 taillights and get a set of 99-00 coupe taillights (direct bolt on).

Your MPG will go down with 17s. Trust me.

Yes def. put the new wheels on if they are not 17's or bigger and lower the car with some D2, FF Coilovers, type-r grill, fix headlights, spoon front lip, fogs.

thanks for all that guys! I wont be putting the 17's then Im from nebraska and snow should be here pretty soon. Should I lower it even if theres snow coming this way? Im about to change the header because the one that I had broke. I guess the guy that had it before me didnt take care of it i can feel her pain lol So what should to make my car feel better? This week, I will be changing the oil pan gasket, the starter, the header, and my friend that is mechanic is going to put a pipe instead of the catalytic converter. What should I do?
