Welcome Krystal. Kevin should be a big help on keeping the cost of maintenance and repair of your Civic to a minimum. I have the same Civic with an automatic transmission and about 97K miles. What transmission and how many miles does your Civic have? Any repairs or maintenance planned in the near future?

hers is also an auto with over 200k on the odometer but just put a rebuilt engine in it. I still need to put axles in it and do brakes all around on it.

Was the rebuilt engine a D16Y8? What do you think of the AT? I soooo prefer the manual transmission in my 97 Civic.

yes replaced the blown d16y8 with another d16y8 and she doesnt really know how to drive a manual lol I know I should teach her but I dont want to in my teg being that it has a stage 3 6 puck racing clutch

she hasnt gotten the title for her civic yet so we havent gotten tags for it so havent really experienced the AT trans that much

Remember to practice on his car. Grinding the gears will be a true testament on how much you love each other
