Hey everyone, I'm new here and from the Bay Area in Northern California.

I joined up because I need some advice on what to do with my 07 Civic. My transmission just started making this awful noise whenever I shift into reverse. My car is under warranty still so I'm looking for a good dealer or warranty shop to get the work done at. I just want to make sure its done right and in one go without issues. Can someone recommend a place to take my Civic? One of my co-workers told me to go to Winter Honda but I was hoping someone could tell if it they have a reputation or something before I do that or maybe just know a place thats good. I'm open to suggestions.
