i have a 2005 civic hybrid with a high pitch noise, sounds like the cops are always chasing me, anyone else have this problem

 

Hyprid dam hippies[:@], just kidding were is the noise coming from. If I were I would ask a mechanic, you are probably one of the few here that has a hyprid so it will be hard to get an answer.I will try my best to help though
