Default nw civc

I am from washington state, I just got into the honda scene. I just got a 97 civic ex. it has a d16z6 its not much to look at but it runs really good i cant wait to start working on it. I had the car less than a day and got hit in the side so the first thing is to replace the quarter pannel. and other than a little front end work this civic is clean.

Looks like my car is looking into a mirror! I have a black front end and some body damage just likes yours behind my driver's side.

It is gonna be hard to pull the rear 1/4 panel off as it requires cutting and welding. Your best bet is to get it pulled out and straightened, the car sanded, and the whole car painted. That rear 1/4 panel touches almost everything on that one side of the car (rear and front windshield, door, sunroof, trunk, rear bumper, tail lights etc) If you decide to cut and weld, you (or whoever does it) will have to do an insane job welding that back together to make sure moisture doesn't seep in.

BTW, welcome to HCF and keep us posted regarding your car and getting it fixed. Is it all stock under the hood and inside?

its not fully stock a few mods. the guy i got it from did all of them, a cheap intake from shucks or someplace like that. It has a dc header, and a skunk2 muffler. Since i have had the car i got a polished valve cover, short shift kit still not installed, and done alot of work, water pump timing belt, new clutch, new tires, and all new stereo from deck to speakers. i have only had this car about a month.
