Most all dealerships give a one to two thousand dollar breathing room when it comes to new car sales. Are you buying this car outright, or do you have a trade in you're offering? Sounds like you don't have a trade-in so if thats the case you could probably get them down to that, so I mean i'd go ahead and offer it the worst they can say is no right?

When I bought mine in October, NO dealer would budge on the price. Out of 4 dealers, 3 wanted sticker and 1 wanted $2,000 above. Even when I decided to get one, it took about a month for the dealer to find an EX w/ Nav. I had no trade and was putting down $14,000. I love the car and it was well worth it. The Nav works great, and is easy to use. Mine averages 35 mpg so that's a plus these days. Another plus is they seem to hold their value really well too. I plan on selling it in about 2 years, I'd like either an SI or a 325i. Hopefully gas prices will stop going up! If you have any specific ?'s about the car email me.........yzfmik@yahoo.com

Around here you can negotiate the price on the civics as long as its not the si, they would not budge for that car.

the Navi models are cash cows for dealers, because it's a $2,000 option.

don't expect to get that much off on a navi model because most of the time dealers will figure someone else will pay more for it than you.

I wish now that I did get navi because it comes in damm handy when you're LOST and late to getting to point A to point B... lol.
