I am in the market for a Honda civic. I need some advice as to what year will meet my needs. I want one I can buy performance parts for and maybe later do an engine swap. I need a four door civic for weekend travel. I also want to consider body mods too. Can anyone recommend any books to help with engine mods. Thanks for any help.

 

92-95 would be a great choice as far as ease of swapping engine as well as parts availability. advance auto has a book on engine building you could check out. if not thats what were here for

 

Any late 90's to present with a VTEC engine.
