what do u guys think of tokiko suspension kits

i got a 1990 honda civic si with cut spring im thinking of getting tokiko or skunk 2 i need ur opinions on these two

cut springs?! get SOMETHING.

cut springs, get some lowering springs. tokiko, skunk 2 some of the best ones on the market. i prefer tokiko's though
