its not hard to make a custom kit. Go on ebay and buy a mitsu turbo or a greddy turbo. The hardest part is getting a manifold, and custom charge/intercooler pipes made. The BOV and wastegate etc etc are all bull****t parts that u can get for literaly ANY Turbo application.

There are a few turbo kits out for our car. Dezod turbo kit (dezod.com), Stafford Fabrications kit (out of business but you can find used kits all over and they are supposed to be very good), TSI kit, SFP kit.

There are no superchargers for our car, so as far as forced induction, it's either turbo or nitrous. Good luck!!!

Garret is just a manufacturer of turbos, they don't actually produce a kit for the 01-05 Civic (you could use a Garret turbo on one of the kits). I'm not sure about the Revhard kit, I've never seen anyone that actually had one.

The TSI kit I know comes with a couple fuel system option, one being an Apexi VAFC-II, turbo timer, boost controller, and boost gauge, for NO extra cost. and the kit is 200 bucks less and you dont have to add on all the extras like the DEZOD kit. just fyi.

revhards are high powered apps usually. garretts are the best out there in the way of civics as custom kits go.
