Around 250-300whp you'll start breaking axles if you can get it to hook up.

i know this might have been asked before but what is the easiest (and hopefully this falls under the cheapest too) to get my 99 ex civic to 300+ whp and maybe even more later on or is that just wishful thinking need some advise please
If running 300+whp on a Civic was cheap and easy, don't you think a lot more people would do it?

300 whp... sounds nice but do you really need it? A civic doesnt weigh much so why not go for 225-250 and lose some weight. Dump the back seats, lighter (and better looking) rims, some nice seats, carbon fiber, etc. You'd be amazed at how much a few pounds will make a difference.

I know, its a different route but with the same result, performance.

And yes, it will cost money. It always does.
