i want to know if i can put my exaust off a 99 civic hatchback ek on my 99 civic si coupe

The hatchback exhaust will not fit on the coupe. The reason is because the hatchback exhaust is shorter in length than the coupe exhaust.

However, the exhaust from any 92-95 Civic Coupe or Sedan, or 96-00 EX/Si Coupe or Sedan will fit.
