which is better, turbo or supercharger?

It completely depends on what you are looking for, they both have their pros and cons, but I think if you took a vote, the Turbo would win in a landslide. Turbos are much more efficient than superchargers because they utilize exhaust gases, whereas Superchargers are turned by the crankshaft, essentially robbing power to make power, I think it's called "parasitic drag??" I call it robbing Peter to pay Paul, but whatever.

From what I hear, a supercharger is much more reliable on a day to day basis and a much easier install, but as far as efficiency goes you just cant beat a turbo.

Do a search on here, there have been plenty of threads on this debate with some really good links to actual numbers and dynos and tech stuff.

Performance, definitely turbo. But like he said, more reliability on the everyday drive to work, then supercharge

I belive there is a thread on here somewhere of an official turbo vs super thread that I actually started b4 I got banned. But im to lazy to search cause I already have a turbo and superchargers suck.

I almost posted about how awesome Superchargers were just to get LEVIII all fired up. I bet you would have done that search then, huh?
