It completely depends on what you are looking for, they both have their pros and cons, but I think if you took a vote, the Turbo would win in a landslide. Turbos are much more efficient than superchargers because they utilize exhaust gases, whereas Superchargers are turned by the crankshaft, essentially robbing power to make power, I think it's called "parasitic drag??" I call it robbing Peter to pay Paul, but whatever.
From what I hear, a supercharger is much more reliable on a day to day basis and a much easier install, but as far as efficiency goes you just cant beat a turbo.
