how difficult would it be to remove the ac well at least the fan to give me some more room for the tubo install?

You got a 99-00 si? Im having the same problem with my turbo and dont have a clue what to do. There is absolutely not room to work with where the turbo needs to go. What kind of turbo/manifold are you running?

ya lol i was going to say its not hard to take the AC out. did you just rip the pipes out too? i remember when we did tony's we attacthed a string and pulled and there was a lot of **** that flew up.
