First off I've done a search on here about Westgate, no luck. I came across this on ebay

and was wondering if it's any good.
Another question...will putting something like this in a 99ex without any other mods hurt?
I'm new to all this turbo stuff and need some input. I dont have alot of dough to be throwing out at one time. (home owner now) So maybe it'll be better off for me to do little things at a time.
