and on that note, can you guess what kind of engine I have? lol.
i think either a Gallo 12, or a Gallo 24.

the general rule stands though, that your reliability drops off sharply after you add 50% to the original power.

Ditto. Take it from me. I found out the hard way. But the problem is fixed. [8D]

I make around 300whp and have been running it that way for 2 years now on stock internals and a B18c1. Well 291whp and then I turned the boost up from 9psi to 11psi. I was hoping to get around 20hp from the 2psi increase but I havn't been back to the dyno yet.

I pieced my turbo kit together. Believe it or not it's an xs power turbo that i got for free that was blown. I had a company in cincinnati rebuild it for around 400 bucks. My axels are stock as well. They are the reason I can't get my car into the 12's though. With 18's I ran a 13.28 at 110mph. With a 60' time of 2.2. My buddy has a set of 14" slicks and has tried to get me to run my car with them on, but I think my axels would snap. I have some major wheel spin till 3rd gear. Launching my car as is, is an adventure. I've made maybe 10-12 passes with times ranging from 14.4-13.2.

Jesus $400 for a rebuild? I would have just bought a new turbo personally.

I was looking yesterday at turbonotics website and they say if you buy a kit for theb18b1 from 140hp to like 220hp with a t3/to4 turbo is this just cause they push a lower psi on there test or its not a good kit.I was thinking that since I am taking the motor from a 00 acura and puting it into a 92 I ough to just piece my kit together. What is a good turbo company I can look at to start pieceing my kit together.

How long till you can get that bitch on a track? It'll be at least end of March before our track opens up[:@]. The only thing I forsee keeping you out of the twelves is traction. Hooking up a high powered Honda is no joke.
