I drive a 1999 Honda Civic EX automatic with the d16 VTEC motor. Can I turbo this seeing that this is an automatic?

Oh man we get this one a lot. 277 posts I would think you would have seen at least one of them.

Pete (pcupo12) has a turbo Auto and it runs like a champ. The auto only limits shifting capabilities and maybe sacrifice some durability, but it not a hindrance.

6-7psi will be fine on a stocker with any sort of fuel management. Any more than taht and you need to upgrade valvetrain and probably the bottom end and definitely the management.

pete will be low 14s-high 13s when he gets his 5spd swap.

if you're planning on going over 220hp you prolly wanna consider a 5spd.
