what is the fastest 1/4 mile time anyone thinks a auto civic could get?

it all depends. If you beef up your internals, do some headwork, change your cam/s, have a 5 speed, you could be in 11's 12's. In spring, I'll be turboing my D, stock internals, and an auto, Im hoping to tune it for about 190-200whp, so with luck, I should be able to hit 13's, but for the most part low 14's.

 

well if you have no regard to wearing out the tranny then you could prolly get an auto into the low 11s or high 10s. but youd be replacing the tranny every run.

 

exactly, thats why if it goes, it goes, in comes a 5 speed.

 

i wanna swap a 5 speed BEFORE my auto blows out. This way i can get something for my auto on ebay.

well if u run low boost (say 6 psi) your trans will be fine, mines holding up great. I wanna crank up the boost though.

 

I dont think my auto tranny will be worth but 20-50$ on ebay, then the shiping included, no one will want it. Thats why Im willing to sacrifice for the sace of science to see how long an auto tranny will hold with about 200whp
