ok i have a stock 95 civic ex d16 can i turbo it and only run like 5lbs of boost to it

Please use the search function once a week someone asks this question. Look in the turbo/supercharger/nos and read the stickys please thats why noone is responding

yes you can you need a turbo manifold, turbo, wastegate, bov, charge piping, oil lines tapped oil pan, injectors, engine management probably in the form of a chipped ecu, and a tune. I would suggest researching alot more before you go into something this extensive in your car. by the way psi doesnt mean anything so set a goal horsepower number.

Flip is your IC off to one side? or does it just look taht way in the picture?
