Default D15 non Vtec turbo???? New to hondas

OK so all my friends have a million dsms. I picked up a 90 d15 non vtec 16 valve for $400.00 bucks. Needed a head gasket and breaks so i did that. So now its my DD because it gets somewhere around 30+ mpg. SO i would like to put a turbo on it.

My Buddy's are not familiar with civics so im lost.

from what i gather i need.

dsm 14b.---No problem got 20 of them in my buddy's garage
DSM side mount---Another no problem
HF Manifold---Civic buddy will sell for 10 bucks
Some kind of oil feed line kit---NEED A LINK TO BUY PLEASE
450 DSM injectors???????--- my car isn't fuel injected so what the heck do i do?
Some kind of tuning device???? NO idea on that ether!

if you have any knowledge about my turbo setup please chim it.

Tuning and fuel injection go hand in hand, you need one to do the other and vice versa.

I believe there is a swap to turn the car into fuel injection, but for whatever reason it's totally escaping me right now.

hes right, but its supposed to be a bitch and a half to do. i have a book in which this pro did a writeup of a Carbueration -> Feul Injection swap and he said that it was the biggest mistake of his life. it involved a lot of custom fabbing and a lot of money and in the end he said it would have been better to stick with carburation.
